Commission Terms of Service

• My prices are subject to change and vary for scope and medium

• I have the right to reject an order for any reason

• Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis

• Make sure you peruse my portfolio to ensure I can do what you’re looking for

• All payments are made through Squarespace (the platform hosting my website)

• I accept Paypal and most major credit/debit card companies

• Commissions are paid in full before work begins

• I will work on your commission untill satisfaction within reason

• Feel free to check in on the status of your commission any time

• I will contact you through the communication channel specified in your intake form for revisions and progress

• Should their be revisions beyond what is reasonable, there may be a fee

• Short notice deadlines may incur a rush charge

• Please make it clear what your deadline is during intake

The Artist (Me!):

• I reserve the right to cancel or refund an order at any point.

• I retain all copyright over the commissioned work, but I DO NOT claim the Intellectual Property within the work.

• I reserve the right to post the work online to any social medias, portfolios, and use in any publications, etc.

The Customer (You!):

• You may upload your order to any social medias/sites as long as you visibly credit me/tag me/mention me

• You may NOT profit off the work in any way (reselling, redistributing, making prints, etc) unless a prior contract agreement has been reached.

• You may not alter/edit the order without my consent.

• You retain the rights to the Intellectual Property within the work should you own the character(s).

• If the art is of a character you are selling, you may hand over that work to the new owner. Please make sure I am credited if they use my art under sites like Toyhou.se.

• You may not use my work in advertising, merchandise, banners, promotions, stickers, etc unless a prior contract has been reached.

• In cases of personal emergency/inability to complete the work, you may be eligible for a full refund

• If I have completed the piece entirely you are not eligible for a full refund

• Refunds will be returned to the same payment method used to purchase the commission

• I am available 9am to 6pm EST on weekends

• I am available 6pm to 9pm on weekdays

• Response times may vary based on communication channel, life, and other things
